Refrigerator & server room temperature recording and monitoring

Get A Quote Now

The Jablotron family of cloud devices offer an effective, automated tool to wirelessly monitor your premise’s fridges and freezers as well as server rooms or cabinets -in fact any temperature critical area inside or outside. The system will alert stake holders by SMS, email or via live phone operator if temperatures vary from the preset range, or, if a door is left open for a preset time. Other application include frost alarms for wineries, vineyards and fruit growers or anywhere you need to securely log or record temperatures or know when a temperature gets too high or too low.

The Jablotron alarm also has all the features of a monitored security alarm so it can be installed in place of a standard building alarm to reduce cost on new builds and refits. Installation is available Auckland or New Zealand wide.

Automatically record fridge, freezer or server room/cabinet temperatures to the cloud

Temperature readings from each fridge and freezer and server room/cabinet are recorded and uploaded to the cloud automatically every 5 minutes and are securely stored indefinitely. Data can be viewed easily in graph format, or exported in CSV, PDF or JPEG format. Cloud recording is FREE with NO subscription required.

Over or under temperature alarm

Temperature alarm parameters for each fridge or server room are individually set with a maximum and minimum temperature allowed. Temperatures higher or lower than these parameters (for example a fridge compressor fails, you have a power cut, or the door is left open) trigger an SMS, email or monitoring station event if you prefer human monitoring (additional charges apply). SMS alerts are sent from the cloud and are FREE.

Multiple users can receive alarm notifications direct to their smart phone (via the app/SMS) or to their PC (via email). Monitoring station clients can have a contact list and escalation process in place.

Door left open alarm

Sensors can trigger an alarm event if a fridge/freezer or server room door is left open for a preset length of time.

If the door is left open longer than the preset time the system triggers an SMS, email or monitoring station event if you prefer human monitoring.

Multiple users can receive alarm notifications direct to their smart phone (via the app/SMS) or to their PC (via email). Monitoring station clients can have a contact list and escalation process in place..

This feature can be used to reduce the risk of damage to stock and equipment and to minimise energy costs.

Wireless and hardwired sensors and detectors

Temperature sensors and detectors are available in wired models or wireless and battery powered models. Long life batteries last up to 5 years and battery level is monitored via the cloud. Outdoor models suitable for farms, wineries etc are available as well as models with temperature probes for monitoring liquid or gas temperature.

The control panel plugs into the store’s internet router and the optional 3G model has cellular back up via an on-board SIM card.

Full security alarm

With optional sensors, keypads and sirens, the system can operate as a fully monitored building alarm.

It can be armed and disarmed with an easy to use keypad or via smartphone app – this is great for relief staff who don’t have alarm codes or if the manager forgets to arm before leaving at night.

Multiple users can receive alarm notifications direct to their smart phone or the alarm can be professionally monitored 24/7.

Applications

The Jablotron temperature alarm and recorder is perfect for protecting valuable chilled and frozen goods in supermarkets, service stations, restaurants and any food preparation or storage facility as well as protecting servers, switches etc from excessive heat build up.
