Returns policy

The Trinity CCTV Solutions brand is owned by Manta Electronics.

1. Goods returned for Service

This covers used goods returned for service, warranty claims, repairs or replacement. The warranty terms included with each product must be adhered to. Manta Electronics (Manta) reserves the right to request proof of purchase. To return goods to Manta for service you must first request a service number from Manta by calling 09 476 8052 or email info@trinitycctv.co.nz with details as to why the product is to be returned. Once you have been issued with a service number return the goods to us in acceptable packaging including all parts required for service, your contact details, the service number and a full description as to why the product has been returned. If you do not include these details and parts Manta will be unable to carry out the service. If charges will apply once the goods have been assessed Manta will contact you regarding these prior to carrying out the service.

2. Goods returned for Credit

Manta does not supply goods on a sale or return basis. Goods must not be returned without permission from Manta. Any request for credit return must be made within 10 days of the original purchase invoice. Non-stock items or modified goods that have been produced to order will not be credited. To request a credit return from Manta call us on or 09 476 8052 or email info@trinitycctv.co.nz with details as to why the product is to be returned. If Manta agrees to accept the return of the goods you will be issued with a returns number. The goods must then be returned in acceptable packaging in as new un-used condition in the original, undamaged packaging plus the returns number and a copy of the original invoice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Manta and you may be responsible for additional costs including (but not limited to) freight and travel. If Manta agrees to accept the returned goods you will receive a credit or partial credit to your account which can be used to purchase alternative replacement product. Where you request a credit payment instead, if Manta agrees, Manta will credit the invoice value less freight charges and 15% re-stocking fee.
